How to access the 

Daryl Christopher Holiday Form

1. Scan the QR code with your cell phone

Open your Camera app and

point it steadily for 2-3 seconds towards the QR Code you want to scan. Whenever scanning is enabled, a notification will appear. If nothing happens, you may have to go to your Settings app and enable QR Code scanning.

2. Once the form is open,

scroll through the Aveda Gift Sets

and DC Gift Card Offer

​

3. Make your selection, 

then fill in your contact information,

payment choice and pickup time.

​

4. We'll have your Aveda Gift Set and/or 

DC Gift Card ready for pickup.

Contactless curbside pickup available.
