COVID-19 UPDATE:

Health and Safety Protocols  

PLEASE READ ALL SAFETY AND SANITATION PROTOCOLS

 

To Each and Every Guest…

Your health, safety and wellbeing is of the utmost importance

during these uneasy times.

We want to reassure you that we are taking every precaution due to the concern over COVID-19 to provide a clean and safe space for our guests and team members.

We are vigilant about sanitation, and have put into place new protocols and implemented CDC recommendations to keep our space safe and open for business.

Our Clean Commitment:

  • All of our team members have become Barbicide ® certified, which is an industry certification of the highest standards in proper sanitation and disinfection.

  • Before/After each guest's service, we disinfect the entire hair & color station, spa room, nail area, service tools and common areas used by each guest.

  • Constantly throughout the day, we are disinfecting all high-touch areas like sinks, faucets, counter tops, door handles, bathrooms, and all common area surfaces.

  • Our salon & spa is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected each night.

  • All DC team members are required to wash hands frequently as well as before and after each client. We will have hand sanitizers readily available at the entrance, front desk, sink areas and bathrooms.

  • All towels and capes are washed and sanitized before/after each guest’s service.

 

Precautions:

  • Masks are required to enter the salon, and must be worn throughout all services. Please wear a mask that hooks around your ears. All team members will be wearing masks and/or face shields.

  • All guests and team members are required to practice social distancing staying 6 feet a apart wherever possible.

  • All hair stations are spaced 6 feet apart.

  • Employees will be evaluated upon entering the facility including a temperature check. Any employee with a temperature will be sent home and will not return to work without a doctor’s written consent.

 

Upon Arrival:

  • Please come to your appointment 15 minutes early.

  • Come to the salon front door where you will be met by a team member for a health screening. You’ll be asked a series of questions and have your temperature taken with an infrared thermometer. If you are showing cold-like symptoms or have been exposed to a person with COVID-19 within 14 days, we will ask you to reschedule for another day.

  • Please wear a mask that hooks around your ears. All team members will be wearing masks and/or face shields, and hair stations are spaced 6 feet apart.

  • If your stylist is ready for you, you may enter the salon and will be shown to your stylist’s chair.

  • The stylist station, tools, and all surfaces throughout the salon are completely disinfected before/after each guest.

  • Each stylist is seeing one guest at a time, so if your stylist is not yet ready, you will be asked to return to your car, and we will contact you when we are ready for you as there is no longer a waiting area.

  • Please come to the salon alone as only those with an appointment are to enter the salon.

  • You are welcome to bring your own beverage and reading material as no refreshments will be served, and no magazines will be available.

  • We encourage a cashless checkout, and possible Venmo, Zelle or exact change for tips.

  • After checking out, please exit through the spa door.

  • We suggest re-booking your next appointment online or by calling when you return to your car or home.
