Our gift cards are available only in the following denominations $50, $100, $150, $200, $250, $300, $350, $400, $450, and $500. After you complete this dc Gift Card order form below, simply click the “Order Gift Card” button and a Daryl Christopher representative will call you at the phone number entered below to take your credit card information. American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover are accepted. Your credit card number will be entered into our credit card machine and you will be notified of the transaction confirmation number during the call. Your Gift Card will be mailed to you via USPS in a gift wrapped package. There is a $2.00 shipping and processing charge for each gift card. Thank you for your order.

Gift cards may be only used for making purchases of services or products at the Daryl Christopher Salon and Day Spa, 840 Winter Street , Waltham MA or by phone at 781-890-9211. They may not be redeemed for cash. Daryl Christopher does not accept responsibility for cards lost, damaged or stolen, or any unauthorized use of cards. Gratuities may be included if designated above by the dc Gift Card Purchaser. If neither Yes nor No is checked in Step 6 above, Gratuities will not be included.
